THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME
In Aztec mythology, Chantico is the goddess of fire in the family hearth and volcanoes. She is also the protector of wealth and precious things as volcanic fires were known to form valuable metals and stones. Ancient Aztecs prayed to Chantico to bestow wealth and stability upon their homes.
Similar to the Aztec goddess, Chantico Global seeks to protect wealth for its clients through sustainable and repeatable processes.

Founder and Chief Executive OfficerGina has over 20 years of investment experience at J.P. Morgan, American Century Investment Management, The California Endowment, the Ford Foundation and Roubini Global Economics. Gina holds an AB in economics from Harvard and Radcliffe Colleges of Harvard University, and an MA in economic policy from Stanford University.

Director of Business DevelopmentShannon has over 20 years of experience in business development across the spectrum of the financial industry at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Ridgecrest Partners, Third Coast Capital, R6 Capital, Cascabel Management, a Tiger Management seeded hedge fund and most recently at AltX, a Fintech start up. Shannon graduated with a BA from Concordia College.
